About AICredits

I built AICredits because I ran into the same wall every Indian developer hits: I wanted to use the OpenAI API to build a side project, went to sign up, and hit the billing page. International credit card required. My domestic debit card? Declined. My Rupay card? Not accepted. My friend's VISA debit? Declined too.

The workarounds were painful. Borrow a card. Use a forex card. Set up a Wise account. Pay 3–5% extra in transaction fees. Get a different bank account. None of these should be necessary just to access an API.

So I built the gateway I wished existed: one API key, every model, pay in ₹ via UPI. No international card. No forex complexity. No separate accounts for each provider. Just build.
