2. Description of Service

AICredits provides a unified API gateway for accessing multiple AI language models. The Service includes:

• Access to 300+ AI models from various providers
• Transparent pricing in INR and USD
• Usage tracking and analytics
• API key management
• Wallet-based billing system

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Billing and Payments

Our billing terms:

• You must maintain a positive wallet balance to use paid models
• Charges are deducted from your wallet in real-time based on usage
• Pricing is displayed per 1 million tokens for transparency
• INR pricing includes a 5% forex buffer for exchange rate fluctuations
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar activities

6. Rate Limits and Quotas

We reserve the right to implement rate limits and quotas to ensure fair usage and service stability. Excessive usage may result in temporary suspension or additional charges.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime
• Third-party provider outages
• Force majeure events
• Network connectivity issues

8. Model Availability

AICredits integrates with multiple third-party model providers, including aggregator platforms. Availability of specific models may change without prior notice due to changes in third-party provider policies, access restrictions, or service discontinuation beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant model removals, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all cases. Unused credits remain valid across all available models.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AICredits and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

AICredits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
