Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges

All wallet recharges are non-refundable once processed. This is because:

  • Credits are immediately available for use upon payment
  • We incur costs from payment processors
  • The nature of API usage makes it difficult to reverse transactions

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Service Outages: If our service was unavailable for extended periods (>24 hours)
  • Billing Errors: If there was a clear error in our billing system
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was compromised and unauthorized charges were made

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3. API Usage Charges

Charges for API usage are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Token usage for AI model requests
  • Successful API calls
  • Failed requests due to user error (invalid parameters, etc.)

We do not charge for requests that fail due to our service errors (5xx responses).

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions policy:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Include any supporting documentation (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond via email.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Bank processing times may vary

6. Account Closure

If you close your account:

  • Remaining wallet balance is non-refundable
  • You have 30 days to use your remaining credits before account deletion
  • After 30 days, all data and credits are permanently deleted

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All API access will be revoked
  • We will contest fraudulent chargebacks
  • Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes
